Job Description
Summary: Genesis Healthcare is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through high-quality care. The Labor Analyst will support nursing center labor expense management by conducting analyses, resolving labor management issues, and assisting in budgeting labor hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine analyses of center metrics to determine opportunities for improvement
- Proactively resolve labor management issues in collaboration with Nursing Home Administrator and/or designee
- Identify, document, and institutionalize Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs) in coordination with Corporate Sr. Director - Labor Management
- Assist in budgeting labor hours and rates for all centers in assigned territory
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
- Must have knowledge of and experience with nursing center staffing practices and procedures
- Must possess an average to above average command of Excel/Word/PowerPoint software and applications analytical experience to include report writing summations
