Job Description
Summary: GEICO is seeking a Customer Service/Dialer specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will utilize your communication skills and multilingual abilities to connect with customers through outbound calls, providing top-tier support and service while contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, promoting products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry into CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication and positive rapport with clients
- Analyze customer data to identify needs, opportunities for upselling, or service improvements
- Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary with accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet call center goals and enhance overall client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and via digital channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data management and reporting
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including typing accurately and managing cash handling procedures if required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
