Job Description
Summary: GEICO is a leading insurance company dedicated to providing quality coverage and exceptional service to its customers. The Customer Experience Specialist role involves managing the claims experience for customers, ensuring efficient resolution of vehicle repairs, and providing support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Understand vehicle estimating and how to navigate the repair process and equitable settlements
- Oversee rental vehicle authority
- Manage the fine details of a claim, like car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements
Required Qualifications:
- Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, while navigating through multiple business applications
- Experience with KPIs and measurable goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree
- Active Insurance Adjusters license
