Quality Supervisor page is loaded QUALITY SUPERVISOR locationsBandung time typeFull time posted onPosted Today job requisition idR5042812 JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. This role leads the quality inspection team, manages audits and non-conformance handling, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality performance, safety culture, and operational excellence. JOB DESCRIPTION MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KPI • Supervise daily quality inspection activities (incoming, in-process, and final inspection) to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. • Lead and support quality audits, non-conformance handling, risk assessment, and disposition tracking for operational quality issues. • Manage and develop the quality inspection team, including productivity monitoring, performance review, and disciplinary actions when required. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, AWO, and quality culture programs, including Stop Work / Quality Concern practices. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS / SYSTEMS • Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Supervisor role within manufacturing or related industry. • Experience in welding inspection, visual & dimensional inspection, and NDT inspection (PT & UT Thickness). • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems, and Microsoft Office tools, with intermediate English communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Knowledge of Gas Turbine components is an advantage • Lean Six Sigma exposure preferred • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Willing to stay in Bandung, Indonesia • Ability to work independently.
