Operational Integration: You will support site teams during critical project milestones, including Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), pre-commissioning, and final energization.
Traceability: You must ensure that documentation keeps pace with physical project progress, ensuring that as-built drawings and test reports are accurate and readily available for site activities.
3. Global Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Cross-Functional Interface: You will serve as the primary point of contact between global engineering centers, regional project managers, clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.
Multicultural Collaboration: You will manage document workflows (revisions, approvals, and submittals) across different regions and time zones, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
