Job Description Summary
Responsible for using business judgment to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities and develop pricing strategies for key accounts. Works closely with Region leadership teams while partnering with key internal functional stakeholders to drive profitable solutions. Also responsible for providing business input and approval on key terms & conditions changes when needed.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize creative and analytical skillset to help package commercially available offerings and customized client solutions.
Ensure pricing policies are consistent with business objectives and are widely communicated and reinforced, including management of Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing compliance through escalations.
Drive the regions/markets to work cross-functionally with operations, Deal Hub and SRC on strategic deals.
Assist in the development of portfolio management tools and metrics leading to more robust deal decisions and predictability.
Provide Policy 5.0 / 6.0 training and updates to the commercial team(s) supported. Partner with Commercial Leaders to drive profitable growth by leveraging pricing analytics, commercial metrics and other measurements; driving teams toward portfolio management.
Lead simplification and process improvement efforts to support achievement of business objectives
Qualifications/Requirements
Undergraduate degree in a business discipline with 5 or greater years of experience or 10 years of experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills; able to clearly link operational performance drivers to financial results, generate alternatives, articulate Price – Volume trade-offs and drive positive change.
Demonstrated experience with prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives while driving pricing compliance / GE Values.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $96,000.00-$144,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
