Client Success Associate

Summary: Gartner is recognized worldwide as a great place to work, and they are seeking a Client Success Associate to ensure that every client receives value exceeding their investment. The role involves partnering with clients across various functions to deliver value, manage accounts, and drive engagement with Gartner's services. Responsibilities: - Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices to ensure they are successful in the use of their Gartner subscription - Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by working as part of a service team where responsibilities can include: Introducing Gartner services and capabilities to prospective & new clients, account management or connecting clients with the Gartner expert community - Identify client priorities and understand how to align Gartner's resources to provide best in class service that enables clients to achieve their priorities and maximize the return of investment on their Gartner membership - Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery & business results, share best practices and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles - Leverage insights & metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth Required Qualifications: - Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients - Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience Required Skills: Client engagement, Account management Important Skills: Collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Prioritization, Influencing skills Benefits: Generous paid time off policy, Charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching, Market leading benefit programs, Generous PTO, A 401k match up to $7,200 per year, The opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount
