Job Description
Summary: Forge Marketing is a door-to-door sales organization founded in 2016, and they are seeking a Summer Sales Intern for Summer 2026. This internship offers college students hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and business development while working with a team to sell residential pest-control services in selected U.S. markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team selling residential pest-control services in selected U.S. markets
- Participate in sales & leadership training
- Engage directly with customers and sell services
- Develop professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Learn sales fundamentals and negotiation techniques
Required Qualifications:
- College students or recent graduates
- Competitive and goal-oriented
- Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or leadership
- Willing to work outdoors and engage directly with customers
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Willing to relocate for the summer if selected
