Lead Customer Service Representative (Lead CSR)
Location: 100% In-Office – 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday -Friday with Weekend Availability
$24+/hr. + Commission | Full-Time | In-Office Position
Fix It 24/7 is looking for a high-performing Lead CSR to join our growing team in Golden, Colorado. We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, understands the home service industry, and knows how to drive results through exceptional customer service and strong phone performance.
This is not an entry-level CSR role. We are looking for someone with Service Titan experience and previous trade industry experience who can help lead the team, support daily operations, and help drive revenue through inbound and outbound customer communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
- Book service calls and maximize conversion opportunities
- Support and assist CSR team with escalations and day-to-day operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call
- Follow up on unsold estimates, memberships, and pending opportunities
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to maximize efficiency
- Accurately manage customer information and scheduling in ServiceTitan
- Help coach and lead team performance through accountability and communication
- Maintain urgency and organization during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Previous CSR or call center experience required
- Home service/trades industry experience required
- Service Titan experience required
- Strong phone sales and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mentality with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
