Job Description
Summary: Fitch Group is a leading global financial information services provider seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in New York. The role involves supporting recruiting efforts for graduate and early-career hiring, assisting with candidate sourcing, and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting efforts for graduate and early-career hiring, helping to identify and engage emerging talent
- Assist with candidate sourcing activities, including talent mapping, resume review, and outreach to prospective candidates through tools like LinkedIn
- Contribute to special projects across the Talent Acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives, talent market research, and reporting
- Help maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support day-to-day recruiting operations
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support a smooth hiring process, including the use of scheduling tools to facilitate interview coordination
Required Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
- You are interested in supporting graduate recruiting, sourcing, and early-career hiring in a fast-paced, professional environment
- You have strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- You have strong communication skills and a professional presence and enjoy collaborating with people and building relationships
- You are detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and eager to learn new systems and processes
- You have a strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition or human resources
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- You can work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing tools, or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required
