Job Title Marketing - Advisor I Job Description * Job Overview: The Business Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share and support all marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments, and managing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes positioning, communication, digital and events for the brands & its related solutions: Fiserv and Clover Develop and execute communication campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Identify target audiences and buyer personas, ensuring our marketing strategies resonate with the intended demographic. Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities. Support alliance partnerships with marketing expertise and resources. Coordinate and create engaging content tailored for a variety of channels, including but not limited to blog articles, social media posts, and promotional videos, to captivate our audience and enhance brand presence. Guarantee the regular update of web content, maintaining its relevance and accuracy to reflect our brand’s current offerings. Foster relationships with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI maximization. Oversee supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field. Strong experience working with external agencies and providers Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, social media, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and experience working with global and regional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Creative thinker with a track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns. English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese is a plus.
