Job Description
Summary: FirstSteps for Kids is dedicated to providing evidence-based behavior analytic treatment for children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. They are seeking a Clinical Supervisor | BCBA who will lead clinical teams, design and implement ABA programs, and ensure a high level of treatment fidelity while fostering a positive company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Client Care: ABA Program Design + Implementation
- Supervision, Management, and Mentorship of our clinical team members
- Coordination of Care with treating clinicians/physicians and funders
- Leadership, Professional Development, and Contribution to positive company culture
Required Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree or Ph.D
- BCBA credential
- A minimum of one-year prior experience in a similar role with exemplary performance
- Strong interest in compassionate care treatment model
