Valet - Plus Tips

Summary: FirstService Residential is a company focused on providing excellent customer service. They are seeking a Valet who will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents and guests with various needs, including baggage handling and providing information about services and directions. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the needs of arriving and departing residents - Greets and assists residents and guests with baggage and package handling - Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions - Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair - Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues - Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment - Other duties as required Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalency preferred - Valid Florida Driver License - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required - Heavy lifting required (baggage handling); ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs - Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain) - Ability to navigate the property/ building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions - Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends required - Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner Preferred Qualifications: - Multiple language fluency is desirable - Previous similar experienced preferred Required Skills: Multiple Language Fluency, Customer Service Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, Dental, Vision, Time off benefits, Paid holidays, 401k with company match
