Location: US PA King of Prussia

We are seeking a temporary Master Data Analyst for our First Quality location in King of Prussia, PA with flexibility to work remotely. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining SAP master data including materials, vendors, customers, and Purchasing Information Records (PIRs). Collaborate with counterparts within the master data team and internal stakeholders to develop data standards and understand the impact of master data across the value chain.
Primary responsibilities include:
Analyze all requests to create or change master data to ensure the requests conform to existing business processes and controls.
Create and change master data in SAP MDG / ECC and ensure data quality aligns with data standards.
Manage master data changes with an understanding of the cause/effect of these changes in other areas of the business and communicate with the various departments involved in and/or dependent on the master data process.
Develop processes and procedures along with written work instructions and special formatted forms and templates.
Identify SAP master data issues, troubleshoot problems, make recommendations, and implement solutions to optimize processes and procedures.
Own data cleansing activities to correct bad data, and to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data.
Test configuration changes to master data elements and support any SAP implementations and upgrades.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Experience with SAP MDG/ECC systems with knowledge of SAP Procure to Pay Process and/or SAP Order to Cash Process strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing large data sets
Advanced Excel skills such as data lookups, pivot tables, etc. with knowledge of Microsoft Power Query, Power Automate, and Power BI a plus.
Clear and effective communication and active listening skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders and explaining complex data issues.
Strong organization, time management, and project management skills
Extreme attention to detail with ability to maintain high levels of data integrity through data transfer process.
Quickly and effectively prioritizes a large volume of tasks to ensure timelines are met, and all information is available to the user community quickly and effectively.
