Senior Sales Executive – Supply Chain Finance (DACH)
Location: Germany or Zurich (Switzerland)
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive within FIS, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with large corporates, positioning FIS as a strategic partner across working capital optimisation, receivables finance, and treasury transformation. You will lead complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and Procurement functions.
This is a senior, individual contributor role requiring deep domain knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance, along with a proven ability to operate independently in a regional sales capacity.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop and execute a new business sales strategy across the DACH region
Identify, originate, and close opportunities within Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance solutions
Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance leaders
Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams
Position FIS solutions to address client challenges around liquidity, working capital, and financial optimisation
Represent FIS within the regional market, supporting brand presence and client engagement
What You Bring
Extensive experience in enterprise sales within financial services, fintech, or banking solutions
Proven track record selling:
Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions
Receivables Finance / Receivables Management solutions
Experience engaging with large corporates and treasury/finance stakeholders
Strong understanding of:
Working capital optimisation
Liquidity and treasury processes
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
Ability to operate independently and own a regional territory end-to-end
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience selling Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or related solutions
Existing network across corporate clients in the DACH region
Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
Knowledge of regional regulatory and market dynamics
What We Require
Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) (essential)
Proven experience in Receivables Finance solutions (essential)
Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
