The District Business Operations Specialist is an operational expert responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and quality across the district. This role partners with operations and leadership teams to analyze performance, improve processes, and support the deployment of global strategies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Performance & Analytics
Analyze district operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
Review data trends, reporting tools, and operational metrics to support decision-making
Identify process gaps through observation, process mapping, and data analysis
Process Improvement & Quality
Map and review operational processes across products to drive standardization
Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) initiatives
Promote adherence to Operational Performance Standards and quality programs
Technology & Deployment
Support rollout and adoption of company systems and tools within the district
Monitor usage of digital tools and drive adoption across departments
Act as a subject matter expert for operational systems and process improvements
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver training on Business Process fundamentals and operational standards
Collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives
Participate in daily operations and cross-functional meetings to support alignment
qualifications
Experience
2+ years of operations or logistics experience preferred
Experience in process improvement, analytics, or quality programs is a plus
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to map processes and identify efficiency opportunities
Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels
Experience with Microsoft Office; Power BI, SharePoint, or Visio preferred
