- Flow cytometry–based cellular immunophenotyping
- Multiplexed and quantitative ELISA assays (e.g., MSD, Luminex)
- Culture and maintain complex cellular models to support safety screening and proof‑of‑mechanism studies
- Contribute to the development and optimization of cellular and immunoassay‑based safety assays
- Collaborate closely with discovery toxicologists, medicinal chemists, and research scientists to help prioritize and de‑risk drug candidates
- Perform routine data analysis, troubleshooting, and interpretation of experimental results
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including electronic databases and laboratory notebooks
- Stay current on relevant scientific literature and emerging assay technologies

Required Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in cell and molecular biology
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience planning, executing, and interpreting in vitro cellular assays
- Proficiency with mammalian cell culture and sterile technique
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
- Master's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline with 0–1 years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flow Cytometry for cellular immunophenotyping and safety assessment
- Immunoassays, including multiplexed or quantitative ELISA platforms (MSD, Luminex preferred)
- Experience with high‑throughput cell culture formats and liquid handling systems
- Basic data processing and statistical analysis skills
