Per Diem Client Service Coordinator

Summary: Ethos Veterinary Health is at the forefront of innovation and world-class medicine, and they are seeking a Per Diem Client Service Coordinator to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional client service, coordinating appointments, and maintaining client records in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and pets with warmth, ensuring a positive experience - Coordinate appointments, procedures, and clinic operations - Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage messages via Tiger Text - Accurately maintain client and patient records in PIM software (EzyVet) while ensuring confidentiality - Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle payments - Assist with fee calculations, process payments, and generate invoices - Provide general pet care guidance and answer client questions - Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming - Work closely with veterinary staff to support smooth clinic operations - Handle urgent situations calmly, escalating as appropriate - Address client concerns professionally and efficiently Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1+ years of customer service experience - 1+ years of hospitality experience, providing a welcoming environment for clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Comfortable with typing 45+ WPM, 10-key calculator use, and data entry - Strong phone etiquette and client communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Veterinary experience - Experience with PIM software (EzyVet) Required Skills: Customer service, Hospitality, Microsoft Office Suite, Typing, 10-key calculator use, Data entry, PIM software (EzyVet), Client communication, Phone etiquette Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with employer match, Paid time off (including sick time), Paid sick and safe leave, Public health emergency leave
