Intern: Engineering (Embedded)

Summary: EquipmentShare is a company on a mission to transform the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. They are seeking an Engineering Intern to assist in the development of embedded hardware and firmware, create automated tests, and support various groups within the company. Responsibilities: - Assist in development of embedded hardware and firmware - Create automated tests to verify firmware meets requirements - Assist in development of various automated software and tools for supporting various groups in the company Required Qualifications: - Must be actively working towards a BS degree (or seeking) in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science preferred - Attention to detail / organization skills - Self Motivated - Able to install nuts/bolts using mechanical hand tools / power tools - Has available/reliable transportation - Able to lift 50 lbs - Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher - You have excellent communication skills - You are highly organized and able to multitask - You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Creo Required Skills: Embedded hardware development, Firmware development, Automated testing, Excel, Google Sheets, Creo, Mechanical hand tools, Power tools
