WHAT YOU WILL DO:
A Talent Sourcer will play a key role in the continued growth and success of EOS IT Solutions by finding exceptional talent for our teams across the US.
You will have the opportunity to support recruitment campaigns and individual positions, working with the recruiting team and key business stakeholders to gain a solid understanding of the skills that they are looking for, deciding on innovative ideas to source these candidates and ensuring that they are a great fit for the organization.
In this role, you will leverage your creativity to find and engage candidates. As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative sourcing strategies, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and acting as the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding various open technical position requirements by communicating with the Recruiting team and hiring managers
Sourcing passive candidates through direct channels, social media and internet sourcing
Generating candidate interest through professional networks, creative marketing and social media messaging
Conducting phone and video interviews to qualify potential candidates
Keeping a track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline
Ensuring that the applicant tracking system is kept up to date
Promoting our employer brand on online and offline platforms
Taking ownership for all top of funnel data and market mapping activities
Owning the pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods.
Experience using an ATS , LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Online Testing and Video Interviewing Platforms.
Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics.
Experience recruiting within the IT, Audio Visual, Network Operations and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing.
2+ years of experience targeting technical talent desired
Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
DESIRED CRITERIA:
A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
