The Role:Senior Account Manager
ENTEGRIS is seeking aSalesManager who will be responsible for creating plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth for ENTEGRIS’s business in Korea. This strategic sales leadership position will have tremendous visibility within thecompanyleading the regional efforts to solve ourcustomer’smost challenging problems. This role providesthe verticaltechnical selling energy for new products providing leadership for launches, commercialization efforts and for technical support of ENTEGRIS’s process solutions in Korea.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for creating plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth for ENTEGRIS’s business inKorea;
Work as an account team member to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using ENTEGRIS’s value selling process to lead the Discovering, Advocating, and Supporting phases of the sellingprocess;
Work closely with each account manager of Samsung or SK Hynix to ensure evaluations lead to businessclosure;
Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution and that the benefits of the results are aligned with customers task (buying) motives and presented in aprofessionallymanner. Ensure and provide the right level of technical and application support during customerqualifications;
Lead and collaborate with a wide variety of functional groups including Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and R&D to accomplish new product penetration into customers for ENTEGRIS’s processsolutions;
Work with Product Marketing, R&D, and Engineering to promote and execute Continuous Improvement Initiatives to enhance values and process efficiencies of exiting ENTEGRIS’s process solutions at customersites;
Participate in the Most Valuable Opportunities (MVO) and responsible forachievepromotiongoal;
Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their needs and work with key account manager to devise account penetration managementplan;
Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge and skills.
Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is aplus;
At least 7~10 years of experience witha solidknowledge in CMP material and Deposition material
At least 2 years of experience as asalesor a projectmanager;
Excellent written and oral communications inEnglish;
Strong project management and communication skills arerequired;
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and externalcustomers;
Knowing Korea Semiconductor manufacturing company employees will be a big plus for sales activities. Also, it will be beneficial to be knowledgeable in memory and LSI at the same time.
Prior experience supporting or selling to SK Hynix account is a strong plus.
