New Graduate (May/June 2026) - Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities: - Learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects - Being organized and efficient - Having a positive attitude towards learning and feedback - Collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection - Adapting to new software systems - Asking questions and using available resources - Connecting classroom knowledge with practical industry work - Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Required Qualifications: - Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors - Available to start between May 2026 and August 2026 - A solid working foundation with your major's core concepts - Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills - Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams - Ability to effectively problem solve - Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites - Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns - Must be able to work outside - Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings - Completion of pre-interview assessments - College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation - Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies - ENERCON does not provide sponsorship now or in the future Preferred Qualifications: - Graduating May-June 2026 preferred - Preferred Courses: Circuit Analysis (could be called Circuits I, Circuits II, Intro to Circuits, etc.), Power Systems (could be called Electric Power, Electric Machines, Power Systems, Power Engineering, etc.), and Control Systems Required Skills: Circuit Analysis, Power Systems, Control Systems, Microsoft Suite, Electrical Engineering
