Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HRBP, will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance across the business. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a spectrum of talent, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, and organizational design. This individual will have experience influencing leaders in a fast paced, high-tech environment, and have the interpersonal savvy required to drive human resource strategies in a complex global workforce.
