Team Coordinator
Location: Sydney, New South Wales

The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Senior Leaders and Executive Assistant in managing operational processes and internal and external client relationships.
This will be a full- time, permanent position based in the Sydney Office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the administrative requirements of Senior Leaders/Managers as delegated including effective diary management to ensure optimal time
Timely organisation of travel bookings, accommodation and itineraries within budget and in line with EML policy.
Draft/develop correspondence, reports and presentations as required and as per EML branding guidelines.
Creating and maintaining effective working relationships with managers aswell as internal clients and key external personnel
ABOUT YOU
Intermediate competency in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow.
Customer Service and/or Office experience.
Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
Advanced competency in the use of MS Word and MSExcel
