Position Summary
The MBA Intern will support the Corporate Affairs (CA) Policy & Strategy team in Beijing, contributing to key initiatives related to healthcare system innovation, with a focus on Alzheimer’s Disease (AD).
This role will support the design and implementation of pilot projects, including the application of innovative screening technologies, and provide analytical support for policy and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Execution
Support the design and development of AD-related pilot projects, including framework, implementation approach, and key deliverables
Prepare project materials (e.g., concept notes, presentations, briefing documents)
Track project progress and support coordination for timely execution
Research & Analysis
Conduct research on disease management models and innovative screening technologies
Analyze data and synthesize insights to support project design and strategic discussions
Benchmark relevant domestic and international practices
Policy & Insights
Monitor and summarize relevant healthcare policies at national and municipal levels
Analyze policy implications for project development and implementation
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Support
Map key stakeholders (e.g., government, hospitals, academic partners)
Support preparation for external engagements
Collaborate with internal teams (Medical, Market Access, Commercial)
Qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA
Strong interest in healthcare, public policy, or life sciences
Prior experience in consulting, healthcare, policy, or strategy preferred
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
