What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the whole-process operation of import and export goods, preparing import and export documents timely and accurately, and tracking the status of goods in transit to meet the company’s operational requirements.
- Skilled in preparing and verifying a full set of import and export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc., to ensure accurate information and document consistency.
- Familiar with customs commodity classification; capable of accurate HS code inquiry and classification, as well as risk control on classification to prevent declaration errors.
- In charge of electronic account book verification and write-off, and coordinate internal and external departments as well as customs-related affairs.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Who you are:
- College diploma or above, major in International Trade, Customs Declaration, International Freight Forwarding, Logistics Management or related fields.
- More than 3 years of import & export working experience in Manufacturing enterprises.
- Proficient in HS code classification and Certificate of Origin application; familiar with the latest Customs policies and declaration regulations.
- Proficient in overall import and export customs procedures, and skilled operation of the Golden Customs Phase II System.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, good at document preparation and data analysis.
- Meticulous and rigorous at work, with strong sense of responsibility and principle; well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English, CET-4 or above.
