TikTok Creator Outreach Intern

Summary: Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration with their functional electrolyte gum. They are seeking an intern to support their influencer and affiliate program by sourcing creators on TikTok and Instagram, running outreach, and onboarding new affiliates into their ambassador network. Responsibilities: - Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships - Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program - Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication - Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks - Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline Required Qualifications: - Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding - Strong written English and communication skills - Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment - Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required) Required Skills: Cold outreach, TikTok, Instagram Benefits: Direct mentorship from the Electro founding team., Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs., Flexible, remote internship experience that fits around school., Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line.
