jobDescription
We are looking for a Regional Digital HR Specialist to support the adoption, deployment and continuous improvement of our HR digital platform, EARTH HCM, across the region.
Working closely with the Group Digital HR team and local HR teams, you will act as a key regional point of contact for EARTH HCM activity. You will help ensure that HR processes are clearly understood, effectively digitalised using the Group’s tools and consistently embedded across the business.
This is an opportunity to play an important role in HR transformation, helping to shape how digital HR solutions are used to improve the employee experience, strengthen HR service delivery and support business performance.
The successful candidate will bring strong HR systems experience, ideally with Oracle Cloud HCM or a comparable enterprise HR platform, alongside a practical understanding of HR processes and the needs of HR teams. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, supporting users through change, improving processes and helping teams get the best from HR technology.
Responsibilities
HR Digital Adoption & Deployment
Support the regional adoption and deployment of EARTH HCM processes, tools and functionality
Help local HR teams understand how to use the system effectively in line with agreed HR processes
Support change activity linked to new modules, system updates, process improvements or new entity deployments
Create, adapt and share clear user guidance, process documentation and training materials
Deliver or coordinate training for HR teams, managers and employees with the help of identified local key users
Help local teams become more confident and self-sufficient in managing day-to-day HRIS activity
Regional HRIS Support & Knowledge Sharing
Act as the regional focal point for EARTH HCM-related activity
Provide functional guidance and first-line support to local HR teams and key users
Build and maintain a regional network of HRIS key users
Facilitate regular forums or calls to share updates, gather feedback and address common challenges
Promote knowledge sharing, best practice and consistent ways of working across countries and entities
Support local awareness and delivery of key HR digital campaigns, timelines and process requirements
Stakeholder Engagement & Group Digital HR Interface
Act as the link between Group Digital HR and regional/local HR stakeholders
Gather feedback from local HR teams to identify issues, improvement opportunities and regional needs
Escalate system questions, support requests or enhancement needs to Group Digital HR where required
Stay informed on system developments, product evolution and process changes through regular Group Digital HR engagement
Communicate relevant updates to regional HR teams and ensure appropriate follow-up
Support clear, effective communication between Group, regional and local HR teams
HR Process Improvement & Product Evolution
Monitor the effectiveness and quality of HRIS activity across the region
Identify all tools that can be removed because the processes can be managed within the group solutions
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve HR processes through better use of digital tools
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of EARTH HCM processes, tools and user experience
Support the rollout of new HR tools, modules and functionality
Help ensure HR digital solutions reflect the practical needs of HR teams and the wider business
Data Quality, Reporting & Dashboards
Support data quality controls and improvement activity across the region
Work with local HR teams to improve data accuracy, consistency and completion
Help local teams understand and use available HR dashboards, KPI reports and monitoring tools
Gather regional reporting needs and share relevant feedback with Group Digital HR
Promote strong data ownership and continuous improvement across HR teams
