Senior Analyst, Compensation
Location: Czech Republic-Prague

How you’ll make an impact:
Conduct analysis to establish competitive compensation program development and provide compensation guidance to HR and business leadership to accomplish objectives
Provide advice and guidance to the business, senior management, and regional business/HR partners globally to apply compensation expertise to solve complex challenges that meet business needs and applies sound compensation principles, best practices and appropriate guidelines
Participate and/or lead special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
Analyze competitive market survey results to assess the competitiveness of compensation programs, using results to develop analysis, propose alternatives to, involved in discussions of alternatives to determine program development and lead the implementation (e.g., job benchmarking, salary structure development, bonus structure evaluation, ad hoc analysis)
Lead complex portions of the planning and administration of the annual compensation review process (e.g., pay, bonus)
Identify, recommend, and lead in the implementation continuous process improvements

What you'll need (Required):
A university degree and solid Human Resources experience, including exposure to compensation, benefits, and payroll, are required.
Fluency in English is required.
What else you’ll need (Preferred):
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize, strict attention to detail, proactivity
