Job Description
Summary: EcoFlow is a company focused on innovative portable power products and smart home energy solutions. They are seeking an Office Administrative Intern to assist with day-to-day operations, support company dormitories, and provide reception support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facility management and office supply inventory & distribution
- Support the daily operation of company dormitories, including arranging cleaning services, maintenance and repairs, and other related logistics
- Assist with routine invoice processing and offset payment follow-up
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and parcels in a timely manner, including sorting, recording and distribution
- Provide front desk reception support, including greeting visitors, service providers and business customers properly
- Support ad hoc administrative assignments and tasks as required by the team
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to handle basic business reception, document translation and administrative documentation independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic document sorting and data verification capabilities
- Professional image and demeanor, standard business etiquette, good communication skills and strong service awareness
- Meticulous, responsible and proactive, with strong execution ability; capable of multitasking and fast learning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student or above, majors in administrative management, secretarial studies or other related fields are preferred
- Available to work 5 days per week, able to commit to a stable internship for 3 months or longer; candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred
- Prior experience in administrative logistics management in student unions/associations, or previous administrative internship experience is preferred
- Holding a valid C1 driver's license or above with proficient driving skills is a plus
