Job Description
Summary: DRF Water Heating Solutions is offering a hands-on internship designed for students looking to gain real sales experience. Interns will learn the sales process, work with real leads, and develop skills that are valuable in the job market.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the ins and outs of DRF’s products, customers, and sales strategy
- Move through a structured training path (orientation → guided outreach → independent selling)
- Make real outreach calls and qualify leads
- Support department initiatives and complete a project you can show off
- Hit activity goals and get coaching from experienced sales pros
Required Qualifications:
- Current student in a business or sales program
- Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to people
- Motivated, positive, and ready to grow
- Able to work 15–20 hours/week with flexible scheduling
