Job Description
Summary: Dealer Owned Warranty Company LLC is a leading provider of F&I partnership services in the automotive industry. The Inside Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking) will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing sales calls, nurturing leads, and closing sales within the 1800Warranty division.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment
- Make outbound sales calls daily to leads and potential customers, meeting individual and team targets and goals, responding to inquiries and following up consistently
- Manage consumer leads effectively, ensuring proper follow-ups and sales efforts are conducted based on lead sources
- Present vehicle service contracts (VSCs) and related products, clearly communicating their perks and benefits against competitors
- Advise customers on available products and pricing options, helping them make informed decisions
- Close sales transactions and follow up to ensure completion
- Meet individual KPI targets provided by leadership and ensure metrics are being tracked/recorded on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns, including processing documents and payment information before escalation
- Stay updated on industry trends to become a subject matter expert and confidently address customer inquiries
- Ensure CRM (Zoho) is up to date, logging all sales information, customer interactions, and automations correctly
- Maintain organized call logs and prepare sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with key departments to enhance outreach strategies and improve sales performance
- Communicate with partnered dealers when needed providing exceptional B2B customer service
- Participate in continuous sales trainings and professional development to improve sales performance and exceed KPI targets
- Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum HS Diploma or GED required
- Proven customer service capabilities with strong phone etiquette and professional business acumen
- Fluency in Spanish and English are required
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Go-getter, can-do, and passionate attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive or insurance sales preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
Required Skills: Sales experience, Fluency in Spanish
