Recovery Center Support Specialist
The Recovery Center Support Specialist assists with decedent coordination, documentation processing, reception duties, logistical preparation for clinical recovery activities, and maintenance of sensitive donor information. This role supports the daily operations of the Donor Alliance Recovery Center by providing administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure the safe and efficient handling of donor cases and recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Hours are 2:30 pm to 11 pm
- Review, separate, scan, and file tissue and organ charts into TrueNorth and shared digital folders.
- Support daily recovery center operations including coordination of logistics, documentation, and reception services.
- Receive and release decedents in accordance with Donor Alliance policies and procedures.
- Assist recovery staff with operational tasks such as preparing shippers, ice bags, or other materials needed for cases.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the ongoing needs of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative or operational support experience required, preferably in healthcare or medical environments.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical records systems strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

- $24.38-27.42/hr, experience and education considered in offer
