Workday Shared Services Specialists, Level 1
Location: VA-Chesapeake
We are seeking entry-level individuals to join our team as Workday Shared Services Specialists, Level 1. In this role, you will help drive user adoption of Workday People Experience by using the Help module and Case Management. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in HR systems, training, and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve submitted Cases within predetermined Service Level Agreements.
Answer frequently asked questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Escalate recurring questions to Managers to improve training content and knowledge base articles.
Attend continuing Training sessions to learn internal Workday processes and tools.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years experience with Workday and Case Management is essential.
Experience in high-volume environments required; background in retail and/or hospitality preferred
Detail-oriented and dependable, with a positive and helpful attitude.
Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Proficient in computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
Training or customer support experience is a plus.
