Insurance Account Manager

Summary: DIMOND BROS INSURANCE is seeking an Insurance Account Manager to work within their Commercial Lines team. The role involves placing new business, servicing existing customers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. Responsibilities: - Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions with the Sales Executive and Marketer - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team - Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies - Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360 - Review all documents for accuracy and completeness - Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions Required Qualifications: - Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources - Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment - Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing - Excellent interpersonal skills - High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail - Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment - Professional and positive attitude - Team player that collaborates well with others - Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within 60 days of hire Preferred Qualifications: - insurance: 1 year - Property & Casualty License Required Skills: AMS360, Microsoft Office, Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License, Commercial lines insurance Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
