Loan Services- Loan Research Intern, Full-Time, Hybrid Marlborough MA

Summary: Digital Federal Credit Union is the largest credit union headquartered in New England, serving more than one million members. They are seeking a Loan Research Intern to work with the Loan Services team, where the intern will learn about servicing consumer loans and assist with various workflow tasks. Responsibilities: - Learn processes and systems used in servicing DCU’s consumer loan portfolio - Support the Loan Research team by assisting with daily workflow tasks within established service levels - Help process member‑related research items such as payment corrections, service requests, and loan inquiries - Gain exposure to quality control activities, including report review and audit‑related tasks - Assist with departmental emails, mail processing, and documentation updates - Collaborate with team members across the Loan Services Department to understand end‑to‑end loan operations Required Qualifications: - Ability to commit to one of the full internship program periods: May 18 through August 14 or June 1 through August 21 - High school diploma or equivalent - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Important Skills: Loan research, Member service workflows, Financial services knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Teamwork, Collaboration
