Meet the team:
APAC Supply Chain organization formed by the functions of APAC Countries’ Supply Chain Commercial Operation support team, Order Fulfillment, Logistic & Network Optimization, Project Management, Digital Transformation and Indirect Procurement. As part of this innovative, collaborative and highly effective team, you will be leading & organizing plans, driving execution for projects to successfully complete its deliverables and clear communication across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Purpose and Scope:
Leads and executes APAC supply chain transformation and execution projects in support of Dexcom’s CGM growth, supply continuity, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, regional deployment of global initiatives, and deep partnership across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial teams.
Operates with a patient‑first mindset, balancing speed, scale, cost, and quality in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Leading regional execution of supply chain programs in APAC
Timeliness commercial launch in countries
Lead projects to streamline channel operations
Delivery of multi‑site, cross‑functional projects
Independent decision‑making within approved project scope and budget
Representing APAC in global program forums
Core Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Project Leadership
Lead APAC supply chain projects from definition through execution, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and benefits realization.
Manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives such as:
Geo-expansion and Timeliness commercial launch in countries
New product introductions (NPI) and lifecycle management
Lead projects to streamline channel operations, covering system implementation, process standardization and efficiency
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to Dexcom’s growth and quality objectives.
Medical Device & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all projects comply with medical device regulatory and quality system requirements, including FDA, ISO 13485, and applicable APAC country regulations.
Partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to embed compliance, traceability, validation, and documentation requirements into project execution.
Support audit readiness and inspection outcomes through strong process rigor and governance.
Regional Execution & Global Alignment
Translate global supply chain strategies and standards into executable APAC project roadmaps.
Act as the APAC project focal point for global programs, ensuring regional needs and constraints are represented.
Align regional execution with global supply chain design, S&OP, and product strategy.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Collaborate with Commercial teams, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Quality, IT and Finance across APAC and global sites.
Establish project governance, steering committees, and escalation mechanisms.
Provide clear, concise project updates to APAC and global leadership, including risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Risk Management & Supply Assurance
Identify and proactively mitigate supply chain risks impacting patient supply, including supplier, logistics, capacity, and geopolitical risks.
Support business continuity planning and supply resilience initiatives.
Drive cost, service, and inventory improvements while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
Lead change management activities to ensure effective adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.
Apply Operational Excellence, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustainable results.
Standardize and share best practices across APAC markets.

Strong project management expertise (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred).
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end medical device supply chains and NPI processes.
Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management capabilities.
