Details of the Division and Team
Debt Capital Markets (DCM) manages new issuance in investment grade debt, loan capital markets and private placements for corporate, financial institutions, sovereign, supranational, agency and emerging market issuers. The group includes our Ratings Advisory and Liability Management teams.

Your key responsibilities
Participate in the origination and execution of debt capital market financing mandates
Prepare high quality marketing presentations
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attend client meetings including execution and pitches
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Driving execution related matters for mandated transactions in an efficient manner
Collaborate with colleagues across the business, including other Investment Banking sector teams, global colleagues, and corporate bank to drive delivery of Deutsche Bank’s broad global platform
Your skills and experience
Relevant Debt Capital Markets / Bond Origination experience in China Interbank
Minimum one year relevant experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Highly motivated and self-driven with a proven ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies
Detail oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and ability to manage clients
