Investment Banking Intern

Responsibilities: - Participate intensively in the execution of live deals in a top-tier investment bank - Prepare strategic, analytical presentations for M&A and capital raising assignments - Interact with clients, investors and acquirers at the most senior levels Required Qualifications: - Recent college graduates or currently employed in financial services - Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint) - General level of financial knowledge and familiarity - Quantitative and analytical skills - Excellent quantitative, analytical and verbal/written communication skills - Good judgment in confidential situations and ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information - Self-confidence, interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, including senior business leaders - Strong work ethic and teamwork skills - Enthusiasm and drive to succeed Preferred Qualifications: - Major in business or business-related field preferred (but not required) Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Important Skills: Financial knowledge, Quantitative skills, Analytical skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Self-confidence, judgment, Enthusiasm, Verbal communication, Written communication, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork skills
