Retail Intern

Summary: David Yurman is a celebrated American jewelry company founded in New York, known for its exquisite jewelry collections. The Retail Intern will gain hands-on experience in the luxury jewelry industry, contributing to retail performance initiatives and collaborating with various departments while working closely with store teams and clients. Responsibilities: - Contribute to current initiatives and real project work impacting retail performance, store operations, client engagement, and events and collaborate across these areas with leaders - Assist with launching of new point of sale system and scheduling tools - Planning of a learning and reward trip for our top sales team - Support for client loyalty programming and related clienteling initiatives - Visit our local stores 1-2 days/week working with store teams and clients, with the balance of time spent in the NY Vestry office Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative individuals - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a 3.0 overall GPA minimum Required Skills: Analytical skills, Microsoft tools proficiency, Problem-solving skills Important Skills: Communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Eager to learn, Collaboration abilities Benefits: Weekly learning & social events, Summer Fridays
