SUPPLY CHAIN INTERN

Summary: Dal-Tile LLC, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, offers a Summer Internship Program that provides hands-on experience in business operations. The Supply Chain Intern will support system implementation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on meaningful projects. Responsibilities: - Learn and document current supply chain processes and workflows - Support transition efforts from legacy systems to new technology platforms - Conduct research on capabilities and functionality of new systems - Assist in identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement - Work with team members and leadership to support implementation efforts - Utilize Excel to track, analyze, and report on data - Contribute to a project that will improve efficiency in receiving finished goods, machinery, and raw materials Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field - Junior or Senior standing preferred - Strong Excel skills preferred - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Strong communication and willingness to learn - Must be available to work full-time during the internship (May 18 August 7, 2026) - Ability to attend Intern Expo Day on August 5, 2026 - Must be able to work on-site at assigned location Required Skills: Supply Chain, Logistics, Excel, Process Improvement, System Implementation, Willingness to learn Benefits: Company Match on 401k, Employee Purchase Discount, Tuition Reimbursement
