Bilingual Analyst, Case Management – Field – Must reside in Hialeah Florida

They are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Case Management Coordinator responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating case management activities to evaluate the medical needs of members and facilitate their overall wellness.
