Summary: Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality countertops and surfaces, seeking a Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from beginning to end. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project management and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Manage the quote-to-order process of each project - Move orders through the internal system to gather and record project details - Set and manage Customer expectations - Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure the project is accurate and urgently distributed - Contact Customers to gauge the status of the project and ensure their commitment to the order - Strong organizational skills.
