Roles & Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Support in conducting basic market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics projects
Track market trends, competitor activities, and demand–supply insights
Assist in identifying land opportunities through calls, online research, and coordination with brokers and local contacts
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, and other stakeholders
Client Coordination
Understand client requirements such as land size, location, and basic project needs
Support the team in maintaining client relationships and follow-ups
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
Execution & Reporting
Work closely with the team to support business development activities
Maintain data on leads, site visits, and deal progress
Track daily/weekly activities and share updates with the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
General Responsibilities
Follow company policies, processes, and guidelines
Maintain professional conduct and represent the organization positively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to team goals
Stay updated on company services and support cross-selling opportunities
About You
3+ years of experience in real estate / sales / business development
Basic understanding of the industrial or real estate market is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate in any discipline
