Job Description
Summary: Culinary Services Group (CSG) is a top 50, fast-growing food service management company serving senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and coordinating interviews for hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring of qualified foodservice professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring of qualified foodservice professionals
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for foodservice roles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication
- Manage candidate pipelines for high-volume foodservice positions such as cooks, dietary aides, and foodservice supervisors
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, systems, and compliance while assisting in the development of strategies to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Train hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, including candidate evaluation, and compliance with hiring policies
- Educate managers on behavioral interviewing techniques, bias reduction strategies, and effective candidate selection
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare and foodservice industry regulations, company policies, and EEO guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for audits and compliance tracking
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance
- Monitor hiring trends, turnover rates, and workforce challenges to provide data-driven recommendations for recruitment strategies
- Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring visibility and compliance with industry and legal standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 1+ years previous experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment
