VP of Commercialization, GO Enterprise
Location: New York
What You'll Do:
TheVP of Commercialization, GO Enterpriseis responsible for turningourGO Enterpriseproductinto a scaled, global business: defining the commercialization strategy, packaging & pricing,go‑to‑market, and operating model that make GO Enterprise the defaultagentic planning and activation platformfor agenciesand the retailers and large brandsthey serve with traditional DSP products.
This leader willown thecommercial strategy & executionfor GO Enterprise& shape the product & packaging storyin close partnership with Product,R&D,and GTMteams.They will also lead a crossfunctional “tiger team” to driveproduct from idea-to-cash.
Key responsibilities
1. Strategy & positioning
Define and continually refine GO Enterprise’s market positioning & narrative
Translate Criteo’s broader performance and commerce vision into segment‑specific value propositions forour clients
Set clear segment guardrails & eligibility rules
2. Commercialization, pricing & packaging
Own thecommercial modelfor GO Enterpriseworking with Finance, Legal, and Operationsand ensure alignment betweenpricing, billing flows & finance systems.
Designpackaging & SKUsacrossourclient base.
3.Go‑to‑market& sales enablement
Partner with GTM to shapetheGTM planfromearly design partners through scaled commercial availability.
Partner withsalesleadership todefine accountselection& targeting by segment and region.
4. Product partnership & roadmap influence
Act as the commercial voice into Product-codify segment needs, competitive gaps, and commercialization blockers into roadmap input and prioritization.
Partner with Product and Engineering on API/MCP surfaces, agent ready workflows, and retailer/agency economics, ensuring they support scalable commercialization.
Ensure GO Enterprise isagent‑readyby design(API scope, documentation, developer portal expectations)
Pressure‑testmajor roadmap bets with design partners before broad rollout.
5. Market development, design partners & ecosystem
Serve asexecutive sponsorfor key design partners acrossour target clients
Buildsenior‑levelrelationships withclients & partners, and turn early tests into referenceable proof points and case studies with Marketing & Comms(tentpole moments)
Who You Are:
Experience
15+ years indigital advertising, ad tech, or commerce media, withsignificant timespent inDSP/platform commercialization, GTM, or product marketing/strategy.
Proventrack recordowning commercialization for a complex,multi‑channelplatformfromearly stagesthrough global scale.
Deep experience working withclients; credibility withC‑levelandSVP‑levelstakeholders on both tech and commercial topics.
Demonstrated success designing and implementingpricing, packaging, and margin models.
Skills & competencies
Strategic thinker with strong market sensing; synthesizes client, competitor, and internal signals into clear choices.
Strong commercial acumen; comfortable with unit economics, take rates, partner shares, and cost-to-serve.
Exceptional storyteller and communicator; makes complex technical and commercial topics simple.
Highly cross-functional leader; aligns Product, Engineering, GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Legal.
Thrives in ambiguity; builds structure, governance, and operating models from scratch.
Education
Bachelor’s degreerequired; MBA or equivalent graduate degree a plus (or equivalent practical experience).

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$260,000 - $325,000
