Job Description
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Product Marketing – serves as the strategic bridge between Cox Automotive's comprehensive product portfolio and its enterprise clients across Enterprise clients in the L2 segment. This role owns the total enterprise and OEM marketing responsibility — leading the complete marketing plan and execution across these verticals, including campaign strategy, sales enablement, training, communications, and competitive intelligence.
This is a master storyteller role. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Product Marketing translates complex product capabilities into compelling enterprise value propositions that resonate with C-level executives and their strategic partners — positioning Retail, Cox Automotive's Retail platform connecting Marketing, Sales, Service, Inventory, Fixed Ops and Operations as the strategic differentiator that drives network consistency, digital transformation, and competitive advantage for enterprise clients.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing — partnering closely with enterprise sales teams to win business, with product to ensure the roadmap speaks to enterprise needs, and with marketing to ensure enterprise messaging is integrated across channels. AI fluency is a baseline expectation: this leader is expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate content production, competitive research, and sales enablement at scale, and to help enterprise clients understand and articulate the value of AI-powered capabilities within the Cox Automotive retail portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership & Sales Enablement (40%)
Serve as the primary marketing resource for enterprise sales teams, developing compelling stories, presentations, and content for enterprise clients
Consolidate and translate dealer-focused materials into streamlined, partner-strategic presentations tailored for enterprise clients
Create partner-specific pitch decks positioning Retail as the enterprise platform solution, alongside supporting materials for Deal Central AI, Xtime, vAuto, Dealertrack, and other portfolio products
Build and maintain a scalable library of reusable partner content templates, one-pagers, and battle cards segmented by audience type
Lead RFP response strategy and content development, ensuring solutions are positioned to win against key competitors
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and battle cards across all platform and enterprise competitors
Provide real-time support for high-stakes client meetings and strategic pitches
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content personalization, RFP response drafting, and competitive research at scale
Product Translation & Positioning (30%)
Transform product capabilities into enterprise-scale value propositions that resonate with leadership across all verticals — translating dealer-centric messaging and brand level materials into a more holistic enterprise POV (All Up Cox Automotive POV, Benefits and outcomes)
Develop and maintain client-facing Enterprise and OEM product roadmap presentations across marketing, retail, operations, inventory, financing, and strategic solutions
Create Retail roadmap narratives that articulate the Retail holistic vision and communicate quarterly capability releases to enterprise audiences
Bridge the gap between dealer-focused solutions and enterprise strategic objectives
Serve as the enterprise advocate in product discussions, ensuring Enterprise and OEM perspectives are reflected in roadmap and positioning decisions
Help enterprise clients understand and articulate the value of AI-powered capabilities within the Cox Automotive retail portfolio
Thought Leadership & Program Development (20%)
Develop thought leadership content positioning Cox Automotive as the strategic partner of choice for automotive manufacturers, lenders, and mobility providers
Build compelling narratives around market trends, digital transformation, and the evolving automotive retail landscape, with Retail360 as the platform foundation
Design executive-level presentations and strategic business cases for enterprise audiences
Lead comprehensive materials development for major industry events including NADA, R&D Councils and quarterly partner planning sessions
Develop partner-specific training materials, case studies, and ROI tools that highlight use cases and value propositions across Enterprise and OEM Clients.
Use AI tools to support research synthesis, content drafting, and thought leadership ideation — accelerating output without sacrificing quality or strategic depth
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
Act as the enterprise marketing expert across Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Market Research
Champion enterprise needs throughout the organization, building relationships across the matrix to secure resources and support
Partner with Content, Campaigns, Digital, Competitive Intelligence, and Brand teams to ensure enterprise messaging is integrated appropriately
Participate in Enterprise and OEM program stakeholder meetings and provide material effectiveness feedback and content utilization metrics to improve adoption
