About Convey Convey is seeking motivated, driven, and curious interns to join our team across Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology. These internship opportunities provide hands-on experience, exposure to business operations, and the opportunity to contribute meaningful work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, support key initiatives, and gain practical experience that supports future career growth.
Human Resources Intern
The HR Intern will support recruiting operations, employee processes, and HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communications
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
- Maintain HR records and organizational systems
- Assist with reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to HR operations
Finance Intern
The Finance Intern will support financial operations, reporting, and business analysis activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain financial documentation and records
- Help identify operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
IT Intern
The IT Intern will gain exposure to technical operations and technology support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with hardware and software support requests
- Support system administration and technology operations
- Help document IT processes and procedures
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Participate in technology improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business technology tools
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
