Acting as the central coordination point for regulatory engagement across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and business teams to ensure timely, complete, and consistent responses.
Supporting Compliance Officers in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, questionnaires, and supervisory requests.
Serving as the primary point of contact for external AML/financial crime audits, coordinating document production, managing auditor interactions, and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.
Driving the execution and governance of post-examination remediation plans, including tracking, escalation, and independent verification of issue closure in line with regulatory expectations.
Preparing and delivering clear, concise updates to senior management, executive committees, and the Board of Directors on examination status, key risks, and remediation progress.
Maintaining centralized tracking of regulatory commitments, findings, and action plans, ensuring alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Identifying opportunities to enhance examination readiness, documentation standards, and regulatory engagement processes.
You Should Apply If You Have:

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
