Job Description
Summary: Contec Americas Inc. is dedicated to developing solutions that improve lives. The Human Resources Associate supports the organization's people operations, ensuring a smooth and compliant work environment while engaging with employees and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions, employee support, and front‑office reception
- Coordinate and host onboarding for onsite and remote employees, ensuring Day 1 readiness and a strong first impression
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment steps
- Maintain accurate HRIS and timekeeping records; process employee changes and support payroll timelines
- Assist with benefits and leave administration, coordinating with vendors and routing complex issues appropriately
- Ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready (I‑9s, acknowledgements, record retention, required postings)
- Partner closely with the HR Manager, escalating policy interpretation or employee relations matters as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Early‑Career HR Professionals or Experienced HR or Office Professionals
- Ability to serve as a first point of contact for HR questions, employee support, and front‑office reception
- Experience coordinating and hosting onboarding for onsite and remote employees
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment steps
- Maintain accurate HRIS and timekeeping records; process employee changes and support payroll timelines

- Ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready (I‑9s, acknowledgements, record retention, required postings)
